About Us

AL t-shirts UK was born from a love of music, architecture and t-shirts. AL is a character that is Always Listening to music through headphones. He became the starting point for our brand and is the star of our ‘AL Original’ print. AL will feature throughout future lines and may turn up when least expected! He became our company mascot and therefore all authentic AL t- shirts will be endorsed with an AL hem tag.

Our Process

We have an in-house designer who works to create designs that are unique and original. Our current designs are inspired by a love of music combined with an artistic style that derives from geometric form and architecture.

At AL t-shirts UK we use traditional screen printing methods to produce our shirts. A manual press allows us to be completely immersed in the ‘hands-on’ production process, from creating stencils, through to colour mixing, printing, curing and packaging. This means that no two shirts will be exactly the same which gives an individual and crafted feel that would not be achieved with an automated system.

Although we hold a small amount of printed stock items, many of our t-shirts will be printed to order. We endeavour to print, cure and package all orders on the day they are placed so that they can be shipped out the following day. We will send you an email to confirm that your order has been dispatched. We request that you allow 48 hours to receive this before contacting us with any concerns.

Contents of our Products

At AL t-shirts UK we print our designs onto Fire label t-shirts. Our current range uses 100% ringspun cotton which are perfect for producing our prints. The Gildan style soft feel shirts have a seamless twin needle collar, taped neck and shoulders, twin needle seams and hem and a tubular body. These shirts look and feel great.

We print our designs using water based inks as we feel this is better for our environment. Each shirt is heat cured to the recommended 185 degrees Celsius to ensure our design can stand the test of time. Normal washing instructions supplied from the t-shirt manufacturers should suffice in keeping your print fresh.

We package our shirts in an eco-friendly plastic alternative as our pledge to being environmentally responsible. The packaging is robust and waterproof so your purchase can withstand shipping. It is also lightweight to keep shipping costs to a minimum.
